Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Are you a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse looking to make a difference in a supportive, resident-focused environment? Vivo Healthcare – Gateway is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)to join our nursing team and help provide high-quality care to our residents.

• Deliver direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident conditions
• Assist with wound care, catheter changes, and other nursing tasks
• Support residents with personal care and hygiene needs
• Document care provided in compliance with clinical policies
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families
• Promote a clean, safe, and dignified environment

• Valid LPN license in Florida
• CPR certification
• Graduate of a state-approved LPN program
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work as part of a team
• Experience in long-term care is a plus
