Registered Nurses PRN Shifts and Visits in Orlando, Florida

Family Pillars Homecare isseeking dedicated and clinically soundRNs to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. We are currently hiring nurses in Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties. This role includes intermittent visits, private duty shifts, and care plan coordination. If you are licensed in Florida, reliable, and looking to make a meaningful impact in a flexible Per Diem role,

• Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments.
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support.
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance withHIPAA.
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.

• MUST HAVE VALID RN FLORIDA LICENSE OR COMPACT LICENSE
• MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD.
• MUST HAVE FLORIDA REQUIRED CEUS.
• MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS
• MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS.
• MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN AHCA.
• MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
• MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
