RN Clinical Wellness Nurse - Part time - Evernorth - Orlando FL

The RN Clinical Wellness Nurse focuses on individual coaching, site health promotion, and clinic functions, delivering and coordinating wellness programs to improve employee health and wellness.

• Location: Orlando, FL
• Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours

• Conduct individual coaching sessions for employees.
• Identify members' health advocacy needs.
• Utilize motivational interviewing and engagement strategies.
• Provide onsite support to help employees with behavior change.
• Deliver health and wellness education through various media.
• Follow up with employees to assess wellness program engagement.
• Raise awareness and create visibility for wellness programs.
• Travel to scheduled locations for program delivery.
• Prepare and manage mobile van for clinical use.
• Administer vaccines and conduct biometric testing.

• Active and unrestricted RN license in respective state required.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as an RN in a physician’s office or hospital setting.
• Experience in health education and wellness coaching preferred.

• Current RN License in Florida.
