Role Description

Family Medical Center is seeking a motivated and compassionate Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing primary care team in Orlando, Florida.

The FNP will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, management of acute and chronic conditions, and ongoing patient education.

Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate is confident in clinical decision-making, values continuity of care, and enjoys building lasting relationships with patients.

Qualifications

• Current Florida APRN license and Family Nurse Practitioner board certification.
• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred.
• Strong experience managing chronic conditions, preventive care, and wellness visits.
• Active Medicare enrollment or eligibility to enroll.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Experience with electronic medical records; eClinical
  
  Works preferred.
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and patient relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently within the authorized scope of practice while collaborating with physicians and clinical staff.

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-Time Position – Monday through Friday
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, approximately every 8 weeks.
