Family Nurse Practitioner

A full-time, on-site Family Nurse Practitioner role at Jupiter Gardens Primary Care & Anti-Aging, caring for patients of all ages.

We are looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to provide direct patient care in our primary care practice. You will work closely with our supervising physician to care for patients with acute and chronic conditions, and to provide preventive and wellness care.

• Primary Care:
  Comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan.
• Acute & Chronic Care:
  Evaluate and manage common acute and chronic conditions.
• Preventive & Wellness:
  Support prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Specialty Areas:
  Women’s health, men’s health, geriatric care, and weight management.
• Care Coordination:
  Work alongside our supervising physician to coordinate patient care.
• Patient
  
  Education:
  
  Help patients understand treatment plans and lifestyle changes.

• Current, unrestricted Florida FNP license or eligibility to obtain.
• National FNP certification such as FNP-BC, FNP-C, or equivalent.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Preferably 3+ years of outpatient primary care experience (family practice or internal medicine).
