Treasure Coast Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager - Homes in Fort Pierce, FL. The RN will plan and deliver patient care, provide skilled nursing and oversight in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to meet goals of care for patients and families.
The role requires a current Florida RN license, CPR, and the ability to work independently in the field.
