Baptist Health Rehabilitation Hospital, a brand-new 62-bed IRF, is hiring for a full-time night-shift LPN. You will plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team, and participate in discharge planning and CQPI initiatives.
Qualified candidates will hold a current LPN license, have a BSN/ADN/Diploma pathway eligibility, CPR/BCLS certification with ACLS/CRRN preferred, and bring 6 months of acute care experience
