Training pay range: $18-$20/HR.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships: create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managing your service route: responsible for daily operations of your route, using strong time‑management skills.
• Perform commercial pest control.
• Problem‑solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding experience.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safety‑first mindset when operating company equipment or driving your vehicle.

Qualifications

• High‑School Diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Work in all types of weather conditions.
