Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a Groundskeeper to work on golf and grounds maintenance functions. As a Groundskeeper, you will be part of a larger team responsible for landscaping and grounds maintenance. The position is physically demanding and requires someone with a desire to pursue a career in horticulture services.
- Work as part of a larger team on landscape and grounds maintenance functions.
- Operate various landscaping equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain and care for landscaping tools and equipment.
- Ensure positive guest service is provided at all times.
- Some experience in landscaping or yard work required.
- Knowledge of horticulture practices preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Possess a willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards guests and coworkers.
