We are seeking experienced Crew Leaders to work safely in the field for our Maintenance division. You will oversee all aspects of a crew from start to completion, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Supervise all lawn maintenance service activities, ensuring crew members have the necessary safety gear, training, and tools, and operate safely.

Complete a daily pre-trip inspection report.

Coordinate with branch management, customers, and team members as needed.

Operate landscaping tools and heavy equipment safely. Drive crews to and from jobs, adhering to safety policies and ensuring public safety.

Requirements

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Experience managing a landscaping crew or similar services
Reliable transportation to the branch or job site
Clean driving record and ability to pass MVR
Strong English communication skills;
Spanish a plus
