Job Description & How to Apply Below

Location Orlando, United States Sector Other Salary $ to $ per annum

We are working on behalf of a long-established, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Orlando, FL that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its team.

The hospital has served the local community for over 45 years and has held AAHA accreditation for more than four decades, which says a lot about the standard of medicine practiced here. The 10,000 sq ft facility features 8 exam rooms, a spacious treatment area, dual surgical suites, digital radiology and ultrasound, full in-house lab equipment, and a strong dental setup with dental radiographs taken at every cleaning.

Boarding and grooming are also offered on site. Doctors are supported by a 2:1 technician to doctor ratio, so you can focus on practicing good medicine and leave the tasks better suited to skilled support staff in their capable hands.

The hospital is led by a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager and a fully staffed team, and the culture is genuinely collaborative, with a real passion for mentoring veterinary students and newer graduates. You will have local medical autonomy backed by the resources of a large national network, including clear career development pathways. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary of $150,000 to $185,000 plus production, with strong earning potential.

Outside of work, East Orlando offers a great balance of city amenities and outdoor living, with easy access to excellent restaurants, parks, theme parks, natural springs, and some of Florida's best beaches, plus well-regarded schools.
