• Serve as a bridge of liaison in maintaining quality between Operation and clients
• Maintaining track on the health check of the process regularly
• Ensuring Error trackers and corrective reports are kept up to date
• Providing the Quality managers with daily and weekly updates of quality checks done
• Ensuring that the maker checker trackers are kept up to date
• Actively participate in Quality Audits and other Process related audits
• Ensuring regular trainings are taken up in meeting quality needs
• Actively participate in Risk and compliance trainings and ensuring the same gets implemented in process
• Enabling the new joiners to understand the quality perspectives of the process

• Bachelors / master’s degree in management or commerce
• Yellow belt qualified
• Yrs of Exp: 3 – 4
• Very good Written and Oral Communication
