Quality Control Technician – Food & Flavors Industry

Full-time | On-site We’re hiring on behalf of a well-established international company in the flavors and fragrance industry for a Quality Control Technician to join their friendly team in Orlando, FL. You’ll help make sure the products meet the company’s quality standards and support small projects with the R&D department.

• Check and test products to make sure they meet company quality standards.
• Help keep track of raw materials and finished products.
• Assist with simple product testing (taste, smell, and texture).
• Record and enter results accurately using company systems.
• Keep equipment clean, organized, and calibrated (training provided).
• Prepare basic quality documents and labels when products are ready to ship.
• Support the R&D team on new product tests or improvements.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

• You have some background in chemistry, biology, food science, or a similar field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• You’ve worked in a lab or production quality role for about 2 years (food or beverage industry experience is a plus).
• You’re organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
• You’re comfortable with basic computer tools (Microsoft Office).
• You like working in a team and can communicate clearly.

• $19–$22 per hour, depending on your experience.
