Inspector Spec
You will be the Inspector Specialist for our Quality Assurance team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products, from electronic units and electromechanical assemblies to mechanical units and subsystems.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Inspector Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough visual inspections of in-process and completed products to identify defects, flaws, and non-conformities. You will play a critical role in maintaining our high-quality standards and driving continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:- Visually inspecting products, including electronic units, precision electromechanical assemblies, and mechanical units, to identify defects, flaws, and non-conformities.
- Using various measuring devices, such as dial indicators, preset micrometers, and scales, to verify product quality.
- Accepting, rejecting, or reworking defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
- Working from blueprints, diagrams, customer specifications, and inspection instructions to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Monitoring and verifying quality in accordance with statistical process control procedures.
- Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement quality enhancements.

Must be a U.S. Citizen – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Desired skills- Knowledge and experience with SAP and Defect Documentation.
- Inspection experience.
- Production experience a plus.
- Familiarity with Engineering Drawing reading/tolerances.
