Your primary scope will be to manage the Non-Conforming (NC) Material area within the Venture Park warehouse in Orlando.
You will be responsible for identifying actionable Non-Conforming material for removal from segregation and engaging internal and external stakeholders to obtain dispositions — driving down NC inventory and average age. This position is first shift M-F with additional days as needed.

- Background in aerospace, space launch, military, or commercial aviation
- Experience reviewing supplier documentation
- Intermediate experience providing oversight of receiving or dimensional inspection of aerospace components
- Intermediate to advanced application of inspection concepts and tools
- Advanced blueprint reading skills, including GD&T per ASME Y14.5M-1994 standard
- Quality performance measurement and analysis capabilities
- Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or comparable certification
