Since 2010 we have grown to over 22,000 units and continue to expand daily. • Establish a robust pipeline of third‑party property management opportunities for a tech‑forward company.
• Underwrite and evaluate multifamily opportunities for clients using Costar, RedIQ, and offer materials.
• Own the deal process from the first interaction with the property owner until the property is fully handed over to operations at close.
• Drive success by providing leadership and innovative strategies to teammates on the third‑party business development team.
• As the business grows, build a team that ensures sustainable growth.

• 5+ years and a track record of high performance in multifamily property operations and acquisitions.
• Strong sales experience with a proven track record.
• Financial acumen to underwrite real estate and manage the deal process.
• Flexibility to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Openness to future pivots within the business (e.g., capital raising, technology solutions, etc.).
