Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 yearly

Responsibilities
  • Become an expert on local real estate, guiding clients with your knowledge.
  • Proactively follow up on leads to boost sales.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to pinpoint client needs, then deliver on them.
  • Ensure clients have a seamless and satisfying buying/selling experience.
  • Oversee the closing process, ensuring a smooth transition for all.
Qualifications
  • A zest for self-driven progress.
  • Background in sales is a plus.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • An active Florida Real Estate license.
