The Community Assistant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of a property. Regular/on‑site attendance is required.

• Property Leasing and Administration – Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; complete leasing paperwork.
• Leasing Operations – Generate new leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and close sales.
• Resident Relations – Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests; assist in developing retention programs.
• Marketing & Outreach – Assist in implementing annual marketing plan; conduct market surveys and analyze competitive conditions.
• Administrative Support – Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
• Compliance – Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements; enforce community policies.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform on‑site software functions.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

• Regularly stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform tasks described above; reasonable accommodations may be made.

Salary Range: $14.00 per hour to $14.00 per hour.
