The beautiful Embassy Suites Hotel near Orlando Airport is searching for their next Line Cook. Our hotel is two miles from Orlando International Airport and is within walking distance of nearby offices, dining, and shopping venues.

Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of line cook experience in a full-service restaurant. Seeking someone who is reliable, has a positive attitude, and has experience working both hot and cold stations.

Shift Pattern: PM availability with typical shifts around 3‑11 pm, weekends and holidays required.

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically:

• Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products.
• Stock and maintain designated food station(s).
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen.
• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed.
