This position is responsible for crafting the perfect pizza. You will make dough from scratch, hand stretch pizzas, use only all‑natural ingredients, and bake in our 600° degree brick ovens.
What We're Looking For- Possess a sense of urgency
- Team player mentality
- Enjoy working in a high‐energy, fast‑paced environment
- Must be 16 years or older to hand stretch pizzas
- Must be 18 years or older to use our mixer and food processor
- Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using the specific Flippers methods
- Making & managing fresh dough – made on‑site & cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
- Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders
- Clean as you go
- Training for each of the necessary skills, no restaurant experience needed
