Bubble Tea Barista Möge Tee is one of the best Bubble Tea shops based in New York, committed to delivering the finest Bubble Tea in America using natural and fresh ingredients. Möge Tee Vista is our second location, located at 8558 Palm Parkway, Orlando, FL 32836. We are looking for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service to our clientele.

• Prepare drinks (bubble tea, fruit tea, brewed tea, etc.)
• Take and process orders; proficiently operate POS system and catering services
• Provide informative solutions to customer inquiries about our products
• Prepare ingredients such as cutting fruits, purees, cooking boba, brewing tea, and making toppings
• Maintain cleanliness of the work station before, during, and after shifts
• Follow store protocols for management, scheduling, opening, and closing
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth workflow
• Pay attention to detail and demonstrate strong customer service skills
• Maintain a clean workspace by washing utensils, cleaning counters, disposing of trash, and mopping floors

• Previous experience in bubble tea or coffee shops is a plus
• Long-term employment commitment
• Food safety license preferred but not required
• Reliable team player
• Spanish language skills are a plus
