Qualifications

* Food and Beverage experience preferred.

* Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift items weighting up to 50 pounds repetitively.

* Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.

* Strong organizational skills.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Excellent English communications skills, written and verbal required.

* Ability to work flexible schedule to include AM/PM, weekends and holidays required.

* High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for providing prompt, efficient and professional food and beverage service with a working knowledge of cash handling, inventory and food preparation procedures.

* Prepares food item presentations according to guidelines and delivers to the guest.

* Maintains current knowledge of all menu offerings, to include ingredients, preparation method, presentation, appearance and time required.

* Monitors guests at all times, anticipates needs, responds to requests, ensures satisfaction.

* Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift.

* Other duties as assigned.
