Hilton Lake Buena Vista is searching for a talented Line Cook to join their team!

Found within walking distance of Disney Springs, directly accessible by pedestrian skybridge. The resort features shuttle service to all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks, casual dining options, two heated outdoor pools, and ample outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned culinary professional with a minimum of four years of line cook experience. They should possess strong knowledge of cooking temperatures, excellent knife skills, and be proficient on both the hot and cold line. A minimum of one year of tenure in their current or most recent role is required. Prior high-volume breakfast line cook experience and a hotel background are highly preferred.

Shift Pattern: Full-time. Open availability is required, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Typical shift patterns are 5:30 AM-1:30 PM, 6:30 AM-2:30 PM, and 8:00 AM-4:00 PM; however, flexibility to support other shifts as needed is essential

Pay Rate: $21.42 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Line Cook, you would be responsible for providing shift relief for breakfast, dinner, station and second cooks in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Prepare food items according to designated recipes and established standards
• Prepare and maintain quality control for hot food items including, but not limited to, meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks and seasonings
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards
• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
• Stock and maintain par levels for designated food station(s)
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
