As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always rocks AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise lies in executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and keeping the store "guest ready" through replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, love working with your team to #getthejobdone, and represent our company values by bringing your REAL self to work every day.

• You support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store always represents AEO Brand Standards.
• You drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
• You own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment, always ready to game‑plan with leadership and take action.
• You support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment so the store looks #fresh.
• You champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team, ensuring the merchandising team’s #1 priority is the guest experience.
• You maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, adhere to AEO policies, and promote shrink‑reducing strategies.
