Our Domino’s Pizza Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino’s Pizza store, including leading the team, setting high standards for customer service, maintaining exceptional product quality, and ensuring profitability.

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all cost controls, inventory control, and cash control are maintained.
• Manage customer relations and ensure a positive experience for every patron.
• Follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for the crew.
• Perform staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, marketing, and store cleanliness duties.
• Maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality.
• Ensure transportation to/from work and other logistical responsibilities.
• Drive profitability through effective management and performance incentives.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Some management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong judgment, math skills, and multitasking abilities.
• Capability to lead a high‑energy team and follow all policies and procedures.
