Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)/Second Mate (Management Trainee)

Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience aligns with our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and prioritizes service.

• Generate sales and meet goals/measures
• Develop and maintain relationships with top customers
• Support in-store event sourcing and execution
• Enhance customer experience by embodying the brand vision
• Lead efforts in email capture and associate training on best practices
• Maintain current customer wish lists and notify customers of product arrivals
• Assist with training new associates and foster a positive team environment
• Support recruiting and team-building activities
• Maintain merchandise controls and store cleanliness
• Contribute to merchandising standards and provide weekly product feedback

• Bilingual - Spanish speaking preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Team-focused, confident, and professional

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform effective selling techniques
• Flexible schedule including holidays, overnights, weekends
