Disney Springs - Loss Prevention Agent

Starting Salary: $24.50 per hour

Reporting to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager, the Loss Prevention Agent is responsible for asset protection and safety within our stores. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product availability for our guests by creating a safe work environment and reducing inventory shortages.

• Minimum of two years retail loss prevention experience.
• Proficiency with security software, CCTV, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.
• Experience with surveillance/security equipment.
• Ability to travel within the assigned area.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to perform calculations involving discounts and percentages.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for long periods, read computer screens, and move objects weighing at least 50 lbs.
• Repetitive bending, standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing are required.

• Flexible schedule including nights, evenings, and weekends as needed.
