Job Overview As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed. On occasion you may work with other products from other companies in the stores you service.

Salary and Schedule Details

• Your starting pay will be $14.00 to $16.00 depending on your skills and experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours are between 7‑11 per week.
• Availability one week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products using a mobile device; communicate with supervisors and complete required merchandising activities.
• Holiday support: work additional days and extended hours leading up to and following holidays.
• Department resets: participate in installations, relocations, and resets of Hallmark fixtures; notify two weeks in advance.
• Team support: assist other team members as needed.

Physical Requirements This role is physically demanding; you must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds on occasion, kneel, squat, walk, and stand, and climb stairs/ladders.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Proficient with a digital handheld device.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the Internet.
• Access to reliable transportation for scheduled store visits.
