• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and assist them in product selections that meet their needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing, following company standards.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently in the point-of-sale system, managing cash and credit payments.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking, counting, and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service roles.
• Basic knowledge of retail sales and merchandising principles.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
