welcome new ambassadors to the team and make sure they’re ready to hit the ground (or water) running on their first day. This involves creating name tags and issuing employee s as well as coordinating their participation in new hire orientation.

• communicate and assist with issuance of ambassador perks
• complete paperwork for loaning additional uniforms to ambassadors
• receive, sort, and stock new items utilizing our inventory management system
• stock shelves and workstations
• distribute, exchange and replace ambassador uniforms
• maintain spreadsheets to track charges for lost uniforms, nametags and

• one or more years of customer service experience
• must be at least 18 years old
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• microsoft office proficiency and the ability to learn new computer systems
• ability to multi‑task and adapt to changes in a fast‑paced work environment
• ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions
• scheduling flexibility
• state driver’s license preferred
• ability to stand for entire shift
• ability to push/pull at least 35 lbs. And lift up to 50 lbs.
• comfortable with heights
