Provide friendly, efficient in-store service to customers and associates at a service hub. Support a seamless shopping experience by assisting with online order pickup, returns, tourism information, and service appointments.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers with genuine, friendly service.
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, simple returns, tourism information, and booking in-store service appointments.
- Use store technology and participate in merchandising and operational tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- No experience required; high school diploma or equivalent encouraged.
