Supports store receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations to ensure merchandise is processed and customer orders are prepared according to company standards. Helps maintain efficient store operations while providing a welcoming customer experience.
Responsibilities- Process new merchandise receipts and pick merchandise from the selling floor and stockrooms for fulfillment.
- Pack customer orders according to established policies and techniques.
- Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistical initiatives.
- Welcome customers on the selling floor, use store technology, and support major store events.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
