Seasonal Support Associate

The Seasonal Support Associate supports store sales and operations by processing merchandise receipts and maintaining organized stockroom and selling-floor standards. This is a seasonal role requiring flexibility to work based on business needs and delivery schedules.

• Receive, record, unload, sort, and prepare merchandise and supplies for processing.
• Tag and ticket merchandise, place products on the selling floor, and follow floor maps and visual standards.
• Maintain stockroom organization, maximize available space, and keep receiving areas clean and safe.
• Complete price changes, damage and salvage processing, and returns to vendors.
• Follow operational, merchandise-protection, risk-management, and asset-protection procedures.
• Work collaboratively to support a positive customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
• Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and basic math skills.
• Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, use computers and handheld equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
