The Merchandise Operations Associate supports merchandise flow, presentation, and inventory processes in a retail store. The role also helps maintain the selling floor and responds to customer needs.
Responsibilities- Receive, process, and deliver merchandise to departments, replenishing product as needed.
- Maintain the selling floor, fitting rooms, merchandise displays, and back-of-house areas.
- Process merchandise transfers, customer sends, returns to vendors, markdowns, and signage.
- Respond to customer questions and assist on the sales floor when needed.
- Follow asset protection procedures and complete tasks assigned by store leadership.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Knowledge of the fashion industry and ability to use inventory systems and store equipment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
