Bath Remodeling Sales Consultant at Clearwater Shower Bath in Orlando, FL. Focused on in-home, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners ready to invest in 8,000–25,000 bathroom remodels. No cold calling, canvassing, or door-knocking.
- Attend 2-3 pre-set appointments daily with homeowners who know your name and have 5-star reviews.
- Close deals on bathroom remodeling projects in the price range of $8,000–$25,000.
- Utilize company-provided tools, including 3D bath design software, to present on the spot (personal iPad required).
- Enter and post sales information in the team channel and complete related paperwork.
- Collaborate with an in-house call center that books appointments for you.
- Maintain professional appearance and communication throughout the sales process.
- Realistic first-year earnings: $125,000–$250,000
- 100% commission = 100% control of income
- Bi-weekly commission checks with partial payout before installation; paid when you sell, not when we build
- Escalating bonus structure for consistency
- Sales experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass background check
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Flexibility for evening and Saturday appointments
- Proficiency with iPad or similar technology
