Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This is a full-time, commission-based position with W-2 benefits, where reps typically earn between $45K and $80K, with top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps usually visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email to visit from home. Consultants' territories cover approximately up to 2 hours around their home zip code.
This role offers pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments with customers, and is not door-to-door sales—customers contact Sears requesting estimates for our Home Improvement Products.
This position offers excellent compensation with pre-set appointments, no door-to-door sales, and customers requesting estimates.
