• Generate sales leads by covering an assigned territory, engaging prospective customers door‑to‑door.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers and schedule in‑person product demonstrations.
• Report daily results to field management and collaborate with other sales representatives.
• Represent Leaf Home professionally, ensuring customers have an exceptional experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
• Highly motivated to sell and self‑driven to meet and exceed goals.
• Customer‑focused and results‑oriented.
• Professional demeanor and attire.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

• Work outdoors daily, exposure to elements, extended walking/standing.
• Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
• Sedentary work; lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
