We are seeking a driven, client-focused Business Development
representative to lead direct hire business development in both clinical and executive healthcare staffing
. This role involves cultivating relationships with decision-makers and C-suite leaders at healthcare organizations, identifying hiring needs across all levels, and delivering strategic recruitment solutions that align with organizational growth and leadership objectives.
- Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, health systems, specialty clinics, and healthcare organizations nationwide.
- Target both clinical hires and executive leadership placements (e.g., Medical Directors, Chief Nursing Officers, CEOs, CMOs, Practice Managers).
- Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders, understanding their organizational needs and recommending tailored hiring strategies.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Partner with internal recruiters to ensure delivery of qualified candidates aligned with client goals.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and provide regular revenue forecasting.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking groups, and conferences to promote brand awareness and foster business growth.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, executive recruitment, or staffing services.
- Strong understanding of healthcare organizational structures and executive leadership functions.
- Ability to navigate and influence C-level executives and senior leadership.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Bullhorn, etc.).
- Experience placing or selling executive search services for healthcare leadership roles.
- Existing network of healthcare executives and hiring decision-makers.
