We’re looking for energetic, tech-savvy, results-driven sellers for a field-based Solution Consultant position on the short-sales-cycle merchant services sales team. You will offer a customizable POS system to drive business efficiency, accept multiple payment methods, help protect transactions, and grow business with our value-added products. You may sell outside your market.
What You Will Do- Generate your own leads in a B2B environment, supplemented by referrals from relationships you build.
- Retain clients by relationship management and portfolio growth.
- Represent the values and ethical standards of the company, treating others with dignity, respect, and genuine concern.
- Commit fully to a 12-week training program without interruption.
- Prior experience in a quota-driven self-sourcing sales environment for small to medium-sized clients.
- Experience with cold-calling and self-sourcing leads.
- Ability to develop a plan to build your pipeline and generate top-line revenue growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude.
- No cap on earning potential. Guarantee base pay; monthly commission with a high residual split; bi-weekly new account signing bonuses.
