About Your Role

As a Sales Concierge at iRent Everything, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a crucial role in shaping their initial experience with our company. Your primary responsibility is to engage inbound leads, qualify them, and ensure they are seamlessly connected with the right sales representatives. You’ll set the stage for a smooth sales process by providing exceptional customer service, gathering key information, and creating a positive first impression.

a Typical Day Look Like?

Your day begins between 8:00am and 9:00am by reviewing incoming inquiries from phone calls, emails, and online form submissions. You’ll spend your morning answering calls, greeting potential clients with enthusiasm, and gathering key details about their rental needs.

Throughout the day, you’ll be filtering and prioritizing leads, updating CRM records, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure every inquiry is handled efficiently. Some moments might be spent responding to customer questions about products, pricing, and availability, while others will involve scheduling follow-up calls or directing high-priority leads to the appropriate account specialist.

By the afternoon, you’ll be following up on missed calls, checking on existing inquiries, and ensuring that no opportunity slips through the cracks. Your role is all about providing a welcoming, organized, and seamless experience for every potential client who reaches out.

What You'll Do

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead

    Qualification:

    Answer inbound calls, emails, and inquiries, assessing potential customers’ needs and directing them accordingly.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Provide a friendly, professional first impression, ensuring customers feel valued from their very first interaction.
  • Sales Support:
    Gather key information from potential clients and seamlessly pass leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Scheduling & Coordination:
    Assist in scheduling follow-up calls and consultations for the sales team.
  • CRM Management:
    Accurately log customer interactions and details in Hub Spot to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-ups.
  • Information Sharing:
    Provide general product and pricing details while setting expectations for the next steps in the sales process.
  • Problem Solving:
    Handle basic customer inquiries and elevate more complex requests to the appropriate team members.
What We're Looking For

You are an organized and customer-focused professional with the following qualifications:

  • Experience:

    2+ years in customer service, sales support, or call screening, preferably in the event rental, hospitality, or service industry.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication with a warm, engaging approach.
  • Attention to Detail:
    Strong organizational skills and the ability to gather and relay information accurately.
  • Tech‑Savviness:
    Experience with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred) and digital communication platforms.
  • Sales Mindset:
    Ability to identify potential opportunities and ensure leads are nurtured effectively.
  • Problem‑Solving Ability:
    Quick thinking and adaptability to handle various customer interactions.
  • Team Player Mentality:
    Ability to work closely with sales representatives and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
