Regional Sales Manager – Southeast Territory | Ossid (A Pro Mach Brand)

Ossid is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead machinery sales across the Southeast territory (East TN, AL, GA, FL). Based in or near Atlanta, GA, this role is perfect for a driven sales professional ready to make an impact.

At Ossid, we build more than just machinery—we build partnerships. You’ll work closely with engineers, service techs, and customers to deliver tailored packaging solutions that support long-term success.

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow strong relationships with end users, agents, and channel partners
• Analyze customer needs and develop tailored technical proposals
• Present, negotiate, and close machinery sales
• Collaborate with engineering to design winning solutions
• Represent Ossid at trade shows and customer events
• Manage post-sale coordination and ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Travel 40–60% within your region

What You Bring

• Sales experience in technical or industrial environments (packaging or machinery a plus)
• Ability to explain complex solutions in clear, compelling terms
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-starter mentality with the flexibility to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Associate’s degree or equivalent industry experience
