We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to represent our HVAC brand inside retail environments. You'll be the friendly face sparking conversations, capturing customer interest, and setting the stage for our sales team.
What You’ll Do:
Engage with shoppers in retail stores to generate high-quality HVAC leads.
Enter customer info into our tracking system quickly and accurately.
Build positive relationships with store staff to create a team-friendly atmosphere.
Provide insights to management on customer trends and interactions.
Educate potential customers on our HVAC solutions—no hard selling required.
Maintain a positive, professional presence throughout your shift.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.
Confident, friendly, and comfortable starting conversations.
Great time management skills and the ability to work independently.
An interest in HVAC or a passion for learning and helping people.
