Technical Sales Manager - Elite Sales

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

• Member of the sales organization responsible for aligning customer requirements with products using technical expertise to promote and ensure customer needs are met.
• Support the completion of RFPs and RFQs from customers for Jacobsen equipment.
• Ensure each deal is accurately specified and those specs are communicated with the sales operations team to ensure a seamless order entry process.
• Answer product and technical questions from all customers throughout the sales process for all product lines.
• Collect customer feedback throughout the sales process to report back to the product strategy, engineering, and operations teams in order to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain positions in industry groups and communicate updates to the sales and product strategy teams.
• Support commissioning, demo opportunities, and follow-up with customers, as needed.
• Attend customer meetings and exhibitions to provide technical input to customers and promote products from a technical standpoint.

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only.

Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $100,500 - $186,600 per year.
