• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the vacation ownership profession
• Valid Florida Real Estate License required
• Proven leadership abilities with strong coaching and teaching skills
• Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as negotiating and closing sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Sales management experience is preferred
• Track record of success selling vacation ownership products
• Experience as a President Club winner
