Join our field sales team in Orlando as a Trades Specialist, responsible for driving top-line sales of renowned tool brands including DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER®, CRAFTSMAN®, STANLEY®, and more. Your role focuses on building relationships with end‑user partners, mentoring local market teams, and implementing marketing initiatives to commercial construction channel growth.

• Achieve sales targets by selling core brands (DEWALT, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, PORTER CABLE) to end‑user customers.
• Develop and maintain key relationships with end‑user partners, managing contracts and programs.
• Teach partner teams the end‑user development process, including contact identification, purchasing flow, and alignment with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Channel Marketing to coordinate initiatives.
• Maintain  as a CRM and planning tool, reporting successes and learning opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of sales or marketing experience in construction supplies, with proven success selling to executives and site directors.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem‑solving, oral and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% within territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
