Job Description

Cash daily, commission weekly – income unlimited.

OPC Specialist (Sales & Marketing Representative) offers a high earning potential of $60K - 80K+. Starting Pay:
Minimum wage versus commission ($500–$1,500+ per week).

As part of our marketing team, you’ll engage vacationing guests, qualify families for our 90-minute resort presentations, and help them save big on area attractions.

What You’ll Do
  • Approach and engage guests to attend a 90‑minute resort preview presentation.
  • Persuade and qualify families using incentives like attraction tickets, resort stays, and cash gifts.
  • Handle POS transactions accurately, balance cash and credit card sales daily.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance at all times.
  • Stay current on promotions and ticket pricing.
  • Travel opportunities to off‑site events, conventions, and high‑traffic venues.
Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • High‑energy, confident personality and love meeting people and closing deals.
  • Passion for sales, customer interaction, and competition.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors or indoors.
  • Strong communication and objection‑handling skills.
  • Previous OPC or sales experience is a plus but not required. We’ll train you to succeed!
