Business Operations Consultant / Recruiting Professional
As a Client Success Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals exploring private health insurance options. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a professional career, build communication skills, and grow into higher-earning roles over time.
Base pay range$75,000.00/yr - $/yr
What You’ll Do- Speak with clients who have requested information about health coverage
- Ask discovery questions to understand client needs and goals
- Educate clients on available coverage options using simple, guided scripts
- Schedule follow-ups and support the enrollment process
- Learn foundational sales, communication, and compliance skills
- Friendly, positive, and coachable attitude
- Comfortable speaking with people on the phone or virtually
- Reliable, motivated, and open to learning
- No sales or insurance experience required (full training provided)
- Clear promotion path into advisor or consultant roles
