Summary
The Sales Associate represents Cartier and delivers an exceptional client experience while achieving sales targets. The role develops client relationships and supports the daily operations of the boutique.
Responsibilities- Achieve or exceed sales targets and provide outstanding service throughout the client journey.
- Develop client relationships, capture client information, and support client events and follow-up.
- Assist with boutique operations, merchandising, inventory, security procedures, and special projects.
- Address client concerns and stay current on industry news, competitors, and product knowledge.
- Two to five years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements; computer and internet proficiency and MS Office experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training and client events.
