The Selling Advisor builds client relationships through elevated service, personal engagement, and expert styling. This onsite, part-time role serves customers in person and digitally, using selling technology and omnichannel inventory to meet sales goals. Weekend availability from Friday through Sunday is required.
Responsibilities- Deliver customer-focused service and demonstrate expert styling, fashion, and brand knowledge.
- Use digital tools, social media, and omnichannel inventory to engage clients and drive sales.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and technology.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fashion, styling, fashion retail, and commission sales experience.
- Experience using technology and digital tools to sell to clients.
- Motivation to set and achieve sales goals and flexibility to work weekends.
