Regional Sales Director leading a team supporting PPD treatment, focusing on healthcare providers in neuropsychiatry, OBGYN, and primary care within the Southeast US (Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee).

Responsibilitiesrecruit and onboard Account Managers, coach for performance excellence, navigate complex care pathways, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
RequirementsBS/BA (MBA preferred), 8-10+ years of experience including 5+ years in sales management, with prior psychiatry and/or OBGYN specialty sales experience; proven success in launch and highly competitive environments; strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytics skills.
High Value Skillsneuropsychiatry, postpartum depression, specialty sales, launch experience, team leadership, compliance focus, regional travel required.
Work Setupregional onsite role with travel within the Southeast US.
